Your Responsibilities
All item descriptions for downloads over 100mb in size tell you exactly how big the download is and how many parts it is in (if more than one). You have 5 days and 2 attempts to download your purchase which is more than sufficient for the sizes. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the resources to download the item in the time frame given. We cannot reset or add time to your download. If you cannot download in the time frame given, please purchase the item on disc/s.

Due to the nature of our items (digital) and the accessibility of CD/DVD burners, we do not refund items purchased or accept returns under any circumstances. This is keeping within PayPals dispute policy - no digital items are refunded by us or PayPal. All items are tested as 100% fully functioning prior to being offered for sale so there is no need for refunds to be issued. It is your responsibility to read all information provided prior to making any purchases.
