| Some items require software to be used:
Ebooks - Adobe Acrobat or other PDF viewing software.
Templates - Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Image Ready or similar software.
Photoshop Tools - You will need to have Adobe Photoshop as the tools are designed to work with this program.
Turnkey Websites - No special software is required but you will need a hosting account. If you wish to edit the designs you can use any text editor like Notepad but a, editing program like Dreamweaver or Frontpage will be useful for the What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) features. To get the sites online you may wish to use an FTP program but this is not really necessary as you can upload directly from your hosting account. |

| Yes. some of our items are available on disc (mainly our larger packages). To check which items are available on disc, click the link to your left titles 'Products on Disc'. All prices in this category include regular postage, no matter how many discs you buy. Regular postage takes (on average) 1-6 business days within Australia, 7-10 business days outside of Australia.
If you would like your disc/s shipped with insurance, add the insurance product to your cart (found in the 'Products on Disc' category). |

| 4. I saw some of your packages are selling on 6 DVD's. How do I download such a large package? |
The larger packages are broken up into multiple parts for easier downloading.
All of our downloads are available to you for 5 days after purchase so you will have sufficient time to download the entire package no matter what the size.
If you feel as though you cannot download the entire package in the allocated amount of time, please purchase it on disc in the 'Products on Disc' category to your left. |

| 7. Do you provide an editing service for your templates or websites? |
No. We do provide detailed instructions with all turnkey websites so you will have a good understanding of what needs to be done. All sites are very simple to edit so you don't really need any special training or a great deal of knowledge when it comes to editing.
Templates are not complete sites, they will require editing and it is recommended you have some knowledge of how to do this. Trial and error is always the best way to learn.
Any changes you wish to make outside of the standard setup instructions must be done by yourself as we do not provide any editing or support for additional changes you wish to make to any of our products. |

| 8. Why don't you provide support for all the turnkey websites you sell? |
We have the same set of instructions as you so there really isn't anything we can tell you that isn't already written on your screen.
If you want to make changes that aren't explained in your instructions, you need to do this on your own or source your own help.
Always make a backup of your site BEFORE making changes so you can easily reload if something goes wrong. And remember, as soon as you make even 1 change, you have modified the site, and we have no way of knowing what has taken place on your own computer or within your hosting account.
If you are seeing errors, once you upload the site to your host (database errors, for example), you will need to contact your host for help. We do not own a hosting company, and have no control over your chosen hosts setup or software. |

| No. We only sell very basic software that is really self-explanitory. You should see a help file in the software if you get stuck. You will need to refer to this for help. Any software you purchase or download in order to use our products is from an external source and the company you got it from will have to provide support. We are not a software support company. |

| 10. I'm having trouble unzipping my download / I'm getting error messages when unzipping my download. How do I fix this? |
All downloads are tested prior to being sold so there is definitely nothing wrong with them. If we can unzip, open and view the contents, you can too!
You should always download directly to your hard drive or desktop. If you have downloaded into another folder, your path may become too long, this will cause errors.
Your path should look like:
c:\users\you\download.zip > then unzip it here.
If your path looks like:
c:\users\you\folder\folder\folder\folder\download.zip > your path name will most likely exceed 260 characters when unzipped and you will get errors.
Like we've already written here, all downloads are tested and guaranteed to work prior to being sold, so if you follow our instructions, you won't get errors. |

If any of our packages are designed specifically for Mac or Windows only our item descriptions will say so and it is your responsibility to read the information provided or contact us for help prior to purchase. ALL our discs are standard CD or DVD discs. They are ALL tested prior to being sold in a standard optical drive. If your drive can run CD-R, DVD-R and DVD+R, you can run our discs. We cannot and will not take responsibility for your your computer equipment. We can and do guarantee ALL our discs are in working order when sent out, anything that happens after you have received, opened and used the discs is not our responsibility.
If you believe you are genuinely having trouble running discs, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and a download link can be provided. |

| You have 5 days and 2 attempts in order to download your purchase. After 5 days, your download links are deleted from your account and we physically cannot 'reset' them. All descriptions for items over 100mb in size outline the download size, format and how many parts the item is in (if more than one). It is your responsibility to ensure you have the resources to download the item in the time frame given. If you cannot, please purchase the item on disc/s (in the 'Products on Disc'). |

| 14. Why can't/won't you reset/add time to my download? |
It is physically impossible! The only thing we can change in your account is your newsletter subscription preferences. This is to ensure 2 things:
1. Your account cannot be tampered with by Designamite staff or unauthorised users.
2. To protect Designamite from fraud. We cannot verify whether or not YOU actually need the download or whether you are attempting to sell our download links for your own financial gain.
The only way to add more time to or 'reset' your download after the 5 days download time has passed is for you to purchase a new download link (the same way you purchased the item in the first place).
Don't want to purchase a new download link? You don't have to, but as stated twice on this page and once on our terms page, it is physically impossible for us to add time or reset downloads. We don't know how many more times we can tell you how big the download is (if over 100mb) and how much time you have to download it. Once again (incase you didn't get it already), it is your responsibility to make sure you have the resources required to download your purchase prior to purchasing downloads.
You have 5 days and 2 download attempts which is more than sufficient for our product sizes. It is your responsibility to make sure you can download the entire product within this time frame. |

| If you say please! Seriously, as stated in our item descriptions, we will only re-ship items if insurance was purchased. If you do not purchase insurance we have no way of verifying whether or not the item has actually been received by you. If you did purchase insurance, we cannot consider an item to be 'lost' until 28 days after shipping have passed. Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment being made. So if you have not received anything within 29 days of paying we can verify with the postal service that the item has not been received by you and we will then send a replacement. |
