Shipping: The final shipping cost is determined by your order total. Prices are fixed, not negotiable, are in US$ and are as follows:
Order total $0.01 - $25.00 = $4.50 Shipping
Order total $25.01 - $50.00 = $6.50 Shipping
Order total $50.01 - $75.00 = $10.00 Shipping
Order total $75.01 - $100+ = $20.00 Shipping
Downloads: There is no shipping charge for digital downloads but if you add both downloads and discs to your cart at the same time, your shipping cost will be based on the TOTAL of the order - including downloads. We suggest that if you would like to buy a combination of discs and downloads you place 2 seperate orders, one for all your chosen downloads - no shipping charge - and a second order for all your chosen products on discs, this way you will only be charged shipping for the cost of the discs, not for your total order.
Returns: Due to the nature of our items - digital - and modern technology being what it is, we DO NOT under any circumstances accept returns or issue refunds. We are here to answer questions prior to purchase and we have provided free samples of selected items - in the Free Stuff category - so you know what you are getting prior to purchasing. Once again, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issued, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
